Yay Ellen! Another PC-98 character, I’ve heard of her, but as for actually knowing who she is, I’ll need to go back to TouhouWiki (then again there’s never much written for PC-98 charas, so I might actually need to play whatever game she’s from to really understand her…) (no idea what game she’s from by the way, but I’m guessing either PoDD or Mystic Square…) (yeah don’t ask why Mystic Square.)
From PoDD. And from someone who’s seen every ending in that game, Ellen’s is one that makes no sense at all going by the pictures.
@Person: Seems like most of the characters are that way in PC-98 games (COUGH COUGH KOTOHIME) (SPACE POLICE OFFICER PRINCESS THING). I guess ZUN was a bit more drunk those days than he is now? Guess Suika’s been stealing all his alcolol or something…

Oh god, I looked at this update all “hooray!”, becouse I thought it was Elly instead. (I take nobody here played Lotus Land Story enough, becouse she’s the character with most screentime there as she’s at the GAME OVER screen… After enough failed extras you start to think she’s making fun of you.)

The obvious answer for Reisen II…….. make all three haircolours available.

Yeah I’ve Reisen with many different hair colors. In IN it’s purple, in the Overdrive flash, I saw white, and one time I happened to see blue for some reason…
