So here’s Reimu playing a drum for some reason.

Here are some pictures of the Yuyuko keychains (announced in this post) that Talka took after the box arrived! Reitaisai is tomorrow (since it’s already the 7th in Japan, and it takes place on the 8th), so if anyone’s going, make sure to visit booth ?47b to get a Yuyuko keychain and perhaps even some ?-crew file folders and some other things from the western Touhou community (like a physical copy of Another Dream)! Again, that’s ?47b as in Ku-47b! Also, apparently there’s also going to be a sketchbook where people can draw and leave messages for me to read after the event, so be sure to write and/or draw something too! Let’s hope it goes well. Am I forgetting anything? Anyway, for more information, you can go to Talka’s site at ddiction.org. And again, the booth can be found at ?47b!
And in other news, looks like someone made a ROM hack of the game BurgerTime and changed the sprites to Reimu-Burger-related things. I’ve never played the original game nor the ROM hack, but the fact that someone made one is quite awesome. Here’s the site.

I guess you could say it’s a continuation of Pogo Nitori. This time, Nitori invents one of those extending punching-glove things. Or maybe two of them, if the second one counts. I actually thought of this before I made the pogo stick one, but there isn’t as much animating involved with boxing-glove-extending, and I felt more like animating a character than an object. Yeah.

And here’s this… from Nicovideo! An annoyed-looking Reimu and the first ~30 seconds of Night of Nights. It’s actually from last Saturday, so I guess it could be classified as old. But that doesn’t matter! The embedded video is looped because it’s so awesome that it needs to be watched more than once.

Well, as mentioned yesterday, I was making a Yukkuri Reimu papercraft, and I finished it shortly after midnight (so technically I finished it today). Here’s some random pictures of it. There’s no bottom on it, which I thought was sorta weird, but then I realized it made a nice pen holder, since the paper I used was pretty strong. But then I decided not to use it for that since it’s Yukkuri abuse. And then there’s Yukkureimu on a toy car. Yep.
I don’t fully remember why I suddenly decided to attempt to do papercraft stuff, but part of the reason is that my dad bought some nice paper for $11 (and there was a rebate for $10, so essentially it was a dollar). I remember trying to make some papercraft in the past, but I didn’t really have the patience nor the nice-quality paper to do it. Also, probably because that one is probably a bit hard for a beginner to make. Anyway, I’ll probably make a Marisa Yukkuri one sometime later.
