There IS a flash. You just have to click 65, 87, 69, 83, 79, 77, 69 and 33 times on Mystia, refeshing each time.
Also, after incorrectly hitting even once, you have to restart your computer, do a walk around the house on your hands, dress up like (9) and scream “EYE can FLY!” whilst standing on the roof, before trying again.
