Here are the actionscript-related things added by Thefre:
– Added more keyboard shortcuts.
– B button will activate interactive BG effects if applicable.
– Number keys 0-9 change the eyes or mouth of targeted character. (You can set this under hotkeys in options)
– Using Shift+D on a character will scramble 9 copies of that character.
– Function of U key is merged into L. L locks all of target character’s parts while shift+L unlocks them.
– Options menu revamped.
– System messages can now be toggled.
– Text bubbles can now be spawned with random text in them.

I admit it. I can’t think of any connection about all those items this time.
The story behind this picture is that they need to deliver a poisonous/similar pie as a request of Eirin/Kaguya. They carry the giant siringe becouse the specific chemicals inside the pie must be prepared and they are going to do that while traveling, and it is missing an slice as Reisen tasted it.
To meet the person they have to deliver the pie, they have to go through a secret subterranean river that’s opened by playing a melody on that conveniently placed piano.
The TV is there becouse Kaguya was forced to go outside.
That story would be true, had the pie been a standard pie, but seeing as the pie itself is a sentient being, the story becomes all sorts of twisted! Sentient pies must be continually injected with mountain dew in order to live, and that is why the syringe is there!
The piano is a renegade piano that tried to be a color other than black, but the pie knows no mercy being the fierce dictator it is and commanded that it be painted black, thus the paintbrush.
The raft is because what may look like floor is actually a shifting river of sand! Step foot on it and you sink and suffocate! As we all know, dictator pies are prone to suffocation, and the piano knew this all too well, but the pie’s greater engineering feats provided him with a means of traversing the sifting sands.
The TV is turned away because it loves both piano and pie and can’t bare to see them fighting each other. This scene truly depicts an epic tale of love, betrayal, freedom and finally tragedy as the piano falls to the brush and becomes the standard color of pianos.
@ Thefre: Explain why the Akyus are there, then.

That’s… a sad story. I feel so sorry now for the poor piano as it failed to fulfil its dream…
Darn you, you vile pie ruler! Shall the hero Freya pay justice on your acts! Except that doesn’t look posible at all due to having taken refuge on the eientei mansion!
In fact, it all makes sense and looks like a perfect plan.
Obviously though, one of the Akyus is fake… and either of them is awaiting to make a heel face turn against the pie.
But faliure on the pie’s part will still be had, because Yuyuko happens to be swinging by.
And neither Akyu is fake. They’re just from separate universes, and in the same place because Yukari (from both universes) is messing around agai- *forbidden template’d*

The Brown trenchcoat arms are broken. THey give Akyu arms instead.
Could you have the Red Bandana and an eye patch together as a hat, as seen in this picture? Since the red trenchcoat is an accessory and so is the eye patch, it’d save me the trouble of constantly editting the eye patch on.

– Bug: You cannot rename clusters; when you click on “rename”, the name in the box is “Name:” and while inputting something else does change it, if you click on another object and then click back on the cluster, it’s back to its previous name.
– Bug: Every time you open the Options menu, even after you hit “close,” it becomes more and more opaque, as if it was spawning another copy of itself each time, hidden under the previous ones.
– Would it be possible, in the case of clusters set to Random shot-direction, to save a “seed” of their randomness so that you can keep it consistent from one load to the next? And have this seed be accessible and modifiable?

@MarisaMuffin: Both bugs are now fixed. And seeded randomization of clusters is possible, I just have to figure out how to do it since I’ve never done it before. I can already think of several ways to go about it, but not sure when I’ll get around to trying them out.

Longer-term crazy idea: allow users to import images/etc. directly as body parts, so if you wanted to dress Marisa up as Solid Snake without asking KirbyM to add a complete set of parts just for you, you wouldn’t need to keep fiddling around with proper positioning every time you wanted to move-rotate her.
Hmm. On that note, is there any possible way of importing vectored images?
Also, for KirbyM: requesting Kyon’s “total logic failure” eyes (I think that mouth #2 would work fine), kinda like this.
And maybe a sort of face that’s sort of like that wincing thing, y’know with one eye slanted down and the other slanted up or curved-over and stuff …
Seconding the image-as-body idea.
Importing images as body parts is possible, and planned for future implementation. Importing vectored images, not possible as it’s not supported by flash, however, importing other SWFs containing vectored images is possible.
My very long term goal is to allow people to create expansion pack swfs that can be imported into the create.swf to extend capabilities/add parts and the like, but that is still a ways away.
The colorizer revamp is going to be after the windows/menus system revamp, which is already underway as you can see from the new options menu, but I can’t yet give a solid date on when it will be finished.

3.40 is going to be next update. There should be more of the new menus which might not look or function differently on the user end, but look extremely different on my end and will allow me to add new features easier.
The planned change in menus however should see a slight difference in looks and allow for better/smoother interface scaling as opposed to the incremental scaling it has currently.
Also, a new Freya’s Odyssey Epic was released today!

The create.swf can be downloaded by right-clicking the link and choosing “Save link as” or something similar.
